I’m constantly doing research on what I should and shouldn’t be eating preconception and right after conception. There is so much to know that it makes my head spin! I always worry because of the state of our food industry is a little shaky–multiple food recalls, imports being tainted, etc. But then I wonder if the food was any better (or safer) in the 80s when I was conceived and born? Were the hormones regulated then as much, or were they not used as widely? Am I freaking out about nothing, really? I almost hope so, but I’ll still keep researching.
